    Honu offer high end ukuleles at affordable prices. All of the models are made from quality solid koa wood. Honu offer a standard level soprano, concert, and tenir size ukulele, all with a solid koa body and mahogany neck. There is also a "rope" model availabe in each size, with a similar spec to the standard model, apart from some atttractive rope binding and higher grade koa wood. The deluxe models come with a solid Premium Curly Koa body, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, and custom gold tuners.

    Although koa is a traditional wood for making ukuleles, it can be very expensive. You may often find you get more for your money with a ukulele made from different wood, such as mahogany, spruce, or cedar.
